1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AmbQR mobile application (the "App") provided by Ambitious Devs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately delete and cease using the App.

2. License Grant

Ambitious Devs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you scan, access, or share via the App complies with applicable local, state, and international laws. We are not responsible for the contents of any QR codes or barcodes you choose to scan.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright, or trademark symbols from the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ambitious Devs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
